Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until the process is complete.

Bank transfers via Raast or standard banking channels may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Completing identity verification typically results in higher withdrawal limits being made available to your account.
If your account balance includes funds tied to an active bonus with a pending wagering requirement, the portion of your balance subject to that requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met. The platform will clearly indicate which portion of your balance is withdrawable at any given time.

Sports bets are accepted in accordance with the odds and markets displayed on the platform at the time of placement. ZB999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, or placed in a manner that suggests exploitation of a system error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
Live casino games are conducted by third-party game providers via live video stream. The results of live casino games are determined by the physical outcome of the game in question — the dealt cards, the roulette wheel result and so on. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game provider's rules. ZB999 is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.
Bingo rounds are conducted according to the format rules displayed in each room — 90-ball, 75-ball, speed bingo and VIP lounge formats each carry their own structure. Most bonuses on ZB999 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal from that bonus is permitted. Not all games on ZB999 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. In cases where an investigation is ongoing, the account balance may be temporarily frozen pending the outcome of the review.
If a violation is confirmed — such as operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse or providing false identity information — ZB999 may withhold some or all of the account balance as a consequence of the breach. Where no violation is found, the account balance will be returned in full.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.
ZB999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. ZB999 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to service.
ZB999 is not liable for losses resulting from your own decisions regarding the placement of bets or the use of platform features. All gaming involves risk and it is the player's responsibility to manage that risk within the parameters they have set for themselves.
In all cases where ZB999 is found to be liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is lower.
